b) Non-complex home care.
This is where we support clients with:
- personal care (bathing/showering)
- getting appropriately dressed.
- managing food and fluid intake needs.
- shopping.
- accessing the community.
- budgeting.
- accessing health appointments.
-promotion of skills and empowerment.
- promotion of independence.
- valuing people's values and rights, dignity and privacy.
- going on errands.
Please note that we also support young adults with non- complex needs.
